Eating the right foods helps not only with nutrition and weight but also affects your skin. Through all of my research, I've found that 80% of your diet should be vegetables like dark green leafy vegetables, ! MORNING (before breakfast)::

Apple Cider Vinegar Drink (fermented foods) water, 1/2 lemon squeezed, sprinkle of cumin and ginger (optional).

Super Greens (green vegetables): I use Nested Naturals, it's the holy grail of plant-based superfoods with nutrients to alkalize and energize! In a shaker bottle, I add one scoop to 2 cups of water with ice and then transfer to a nice glass! You can definitely taste the earth!

Throughout the Day

Green, White or Rooibos Tea: I drink 3-4 cups a day and make most of my tea from fresh loose leaf tea but there are plenty of ready made bags available as well. Tea is rich in antioxidants and good for fighting free radicals that cause skin damage and premature aging skin. I also use Herbalife's Tea Powder.

Organic & Raw Kombucha (fermented foods): Kombucha is loaded with electrolytes, polyphenols, enzymes & probiotics. There are a lot of brands, but the one I drink the most of is GT'S Living Foods, LLC and the flavors I like are Trilogy and Hibiscus Ginger.
